POLICIES ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By booking an appointment for services with Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC (the “STUDIO ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you accept and agree to bound by our services and cancellation policy (the “Services and Cancellation Policy”). To facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made with our Studio, our Studio requires a credit card on file when booking your appointment. By accepting and agreeing to our Services and Cancellation Policy, you authorize the Studio to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file, as set forth below. EARLY HOURS & LATE HOURS FEES: (All appointments booked for early hours and late hours + Weekdays+ Holidays) Early hours with SARAH (7am and 8am) incur a $15 fee added to the service total. All late hours with SARAH (3pm + 4pm + 5pm) incur a $15 fee added to the service total. Weekdays + Holidays incur a $15 fee with Sarah. The client is responsible to read all disclosures and policies. In the event that you have incurred fees or faced challenges due to not following or reading our policy, we regret to inform you that Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC not be held responsible for the associated costs. By booking an appointment for services with Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC (the “STUDIO ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you accept and agree to bound by our services and policies. SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is very important to us and the Studio strives to provide every client the time and attention that you deserve. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require schedule adjustments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 72 hours’ notice. All deposits made are 100% non-refundable/ non transferable under any circumstances! Cancellations: Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you. Appointments made with the Studio mean that we’ve reserved space and an Artist, specifically for you. Appointment dates for services help us to make sure that clients don’t miss the opportunity to receive services. A cancellation or request to reschedule your appointment made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. Any missed appointments or “no-shows” will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file. All deposits and charges are non refundable and non transferable. All appointments requested to be rescheduled forfeit the deposit and a new deposit must be made for the new date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. *Please note: All clients who cancel an appointment without a 72-hour notice or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit to schedule a new appointment for future services. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 5-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. Please note that if you are over 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame, and a $25 late fee will be applied. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” and your credit card on file will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. By booking an appointment for services with Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC (the “STUDIO ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you accept and agree to bound by our services and policies. Therefore “Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC” has the right to increase the price of any service at any effective time due to global inflation factors. Late Appointments: Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Bridal Service Policy: For appointments for wedding day services, a cancellation, regardless of when made, will be subject to a 50% charge of the service amount. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation fee shall apply even if you provide notice of the cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any missed appointments or “no-shows” will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. For late arrivals, if we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” and you will be subject to a 100% charge of the service amount. If you book a bridal trial and want to book bridal glam it is the clients responsibility to check the availability of the artist and book. If the date of your bridal glam is no longer available it is not the responsibility of the studio to refund or reimburse/transfer the cost of the bridal trial. No exceptions! The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file. Right to Refuse Service: The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes, but is not limited to, lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illnesses (such as a new, continuous cough or fever), or rude behavior. The studio has cameras to protect our rights to our business, booking an appointment at the studio, you agree and give permission to be on camera. The studio owner has full access to the cameras. Thank you for your understanding. No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. All policies/terms are subject to change at any effective time by Sarah Azaz Makeup LLC Waiver: No waiver by the Studio of any of the terms of this Services and Cancellation Policy shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the Studio. No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power or privilege arising from this Services and Cancellation Policy shall operate or be construed as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege.
